312 Orizaba Avenue, Long Beach CA 90814 | $1,495,000

Three homes on one Belmont Heights lot, a few blocks from the beach. Built in 1921, this triplex pairs two side-by-side bungalow units up front, each with its own covered porch and French doors, with a detached cottage in back. Every unit is a one-bedroom, one-bath home with its own laundry room, and the property comes with three garage spaces, a big deal in this neighborhood. The owners have taken good care of it: new vinyl plank floors and fresh paint in all three units, new water heaters in the two front units, and a new backyard deck. You'll also find crown molding, ceiling fans, and tiled kitchens with gas ranges. Out back, a shared lawn and patio under the palms give everyone room to spread out. All three units are leased, so the income is in place from day one. The location does the rest: tree-lined streets of historic bungalows, quick access to Redondo Avenue, Broadway, and the 4th Street shops and restaurants, and minutes to Belmont Shore. A rare chance to own three homes in Belmont Heights, and the kind of building that's hard to find and easy to hold.
