969 Evans, San Jacinto CA 92583 | $675,000

Rare find in a great neighborhood! Charming home on 2.5 acres, in the heart of town. Endless possibilities: bring your animals, expand/add structures, or develop the land, which was planned at some points (sellers do not have the plans but the city should still have them on record). This quaint home shows 1,400 on record but is actually 1,665 square feet according to recent measurements. Spacious family room, remodeled bathrooms, large kitchen with eating area, additional small room that could easily be turned into a laundry room, an office or other. Extra large 552 square foot 2 car garage, 1,712 square foot barn with horse stalls. Horse arena not included. On a septic system but sewer is right in front of the property. Sellers are not contingent but will need a little longer escrow and/or a rent back, to be negotiated at the time of the offer. The sale includes APN 437-301-011, which consists of a sliver of land adjacent to the west side of the lot. Definitely one of its kind, very well maintained, with fairly recent composite shingles roof. You should come see for yourself. Buyers to verify all information.
