24 Fredalba, Running Springs CA 92382 | $275,000

Grab your toolbelt, your contractor, and maybe a hard hat: this authentic ~1,600 sq ft, 3-bed, 1-bath Running Springs cabin is ready for its extreme makeover. This cabin is located within the desirable community of Smiley Park, which includes a clubhouse, pool, and other amenities. Lets be upfront: she needs love. Does it need a new roof? Absolutely. A brand-new kitchen and bath? Without question. The wrap-around balcony? Lets just admire that from inside the threshold for now. But here's the magic: this sale includes two separate parcels (24 Fredalba Rd with the cabin, plus the adjacent vacant lot at 23 Fredalba Rd). That means you get double the breathing room, ultimate mountain peace and quiet, and a sweet peek-a-boo view through the pines. Whether you envision a high-end designer cabin overhaul, an expanded mountain compound, or keeping the raw land as a private buffer, the canvas is entirely yours. Bring your imagination, your architect, and your sturdiest boots. Sold as-is, priced for potential, and ready for its second act. Cash buyers or Private Money loans only for this one.
