7 Rosa, Rancho Santa Margarita CA 92688 | $525,000

There's a version of condo ownership that feels like a series of small compromises - the kitchen that almost works, the walls that carry every sound, the laundry setup that never quite keeps up. 7 Rosa was renovated specifically to solve for all of that. The kitchen is unrecognizable compared to others in the building - expanded in every dimension, with full-size appliances and storage that reflects how people actually cook and live. Walls throughout have been triple-soundproofed, the windows upgraded, and the result is a unit that stays remarkably still and private regardless of what's happening around it. A new HVAC system, recessed lighting, upgraded plumbing fixtures, and ultra-quiet exhaust fans complete a renovation that treated no detail as too small to get right. The location within the community adds to that sense of calm - upper level, perimeter-facing, with no neighbors above and a carport that sits at the foot of the walkway. RSM Lake, the trails, the town center, and everything that makes this community worth living in are all within easy reach, without any of the noise or congestion that comes with being at the center of it. SAMLARC membership brings access to the beach-club lagoon, pools, parks, sports courts, and a full calendar of community events. Some homes are updated. This one was genuinely improved.
